I have known Pam Sian, Branch Secretary of our UNISON, WYCAT Branch, for many years in my capacity as a friend and serving Health and Safety Officer and Steward.

Pam works tirelessly in order that our members are treated fairly and compassionately and are able to work in a safe environment. Pam always ensures our members are well represented, should the need arise.

Pam has the ability to fight for our members rights whilst maintaining  a good working relationship with management, not always an easy task!

Pam is extremely well organised, very hard working, honest, ever the professional  and passionate in the representation of our members. Pam is always approachable and available to offer support and advise to our members and the BEC.

Pam has a wealth of experience in all things UNISON and I would have no hesitation in my recommendation and support for Pam for the NEC, as I truly believe she would be an invaluable asset.
